Apple Valley – Return & Refund Policy

At Apple Valley, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns and refunds work.

1. Returns & Exchanges

  • Products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. Opened or Used Items

  • Opened or used products may be subject to a handling or restocking fee.

  • Items showing damage caused by misuse, neglect, or accidental damage are not eligible for return.

3. Faulty or Defective Products

  • If a product is defective or damaged upon arrival, please notify us within 7 days.

  • We will inspect the item and offer a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the situation.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Software, digital downloads, or activation codes

  • Items marked as “final clearance sale”

5. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Refunds may take 7–14 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
